
The Strength Project
The Strength Project is a 6-week coaching program for teenage girls designed to build strong foundations in physical strength, confidence and lifelong wellbeing. The program teaches girls to value what their bodies can do, not how they look, and encourages healthy habits that leave them feeling capable, energised and empowered.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• App access with a private login. Each participant receives a secure login to the United Body & Soul app, giving them access to a progressive, age-appropriate workout plan they can complete at home.
• A structured 6-week home training program suitable for beginners and those with developing strength and coordination.
• Nutrition education based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines, covering macronutrients, micronutrients, energy, hydration and fueling for exercise.
• Weekly positive mindset and self-love tasks to build confidence and resilience.
• A supportive group chat for motivation, encouragement and community connection.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
• Weight loss discussions
• Appearance-based comparisons or body image goals

The Strength Project helps girls build confidence through action, strength and knowledge. It teaches positive habits that support growing bodies and developing minds, while reinforcing that worth is never tied to appearance.
