At United Body & Soul, you’re not just attending workouts- you’re training within a structured coaching system designed to build strength, confidence, and long-term results.
All sessions take place in a private, women-only gym and are delivered in small-group coaching blocks (maximum 5 women per session), booked through our online system to ensure a personalised coaching experience.
Our approach is built around six key pillars:

Train with professionally programmed strength programs delivered in progressive 6-week phases.
Each session follows a clear plan—no random workouts, no guesswork. You’ll always know what you’re training and why.
Members progress through a sequence of workouts rather than set days, allowing flexibility whilst maintaining structured progression, balanced training, and reduced injury risk.
2. Consistency & Commitment
Results come from showing up consistently. Our memberships are designed to support regular training, accountability, and meaningful progress based on your weekly training frequency.
3. Coaching & Skill Development
Train in small-group coaching blocks with individualised support.
While everyone follows the same structured program, coaching is tailored to your experience, goals, and body.
You’ll receive guidance on technique, weight selection, exercise modifications, and progression-so you build strength safely and confidently.
4. Nutrition Support
We provide practical, sustainable nutrition guidance to support your training, recovery, and results.
For those wanting more personalised support, nutrition coaching is available as an optional add-on.
5. Measurable Progress
Your progress is tracked and guided—not left to chance.
Log your workouts, follow structured progression, and clearly see improvements in strength, performance, and consistency over time.
