Online Coaching

Online coaching is designed for members who primarily train independently at home or within their own gym environment while still receiving professional coaching, programming and accountability.

How Training Works Online
Online members follow the same structured training blocks used within the studio, each built around a specific performance goal such as strength development, hypertrophy or overall performance.
Your program includes structured A–E workouts, progressive strength programming, clearly defined training phases and ongoing progression across each training block. You simply complete workouts in order each time you train, allowing flexibility while maintaining consistent progression.

Individual Coaching and Program Adjustments
While all members follow the UBS program structure, coaching remains individual. Programs are adjusted to suit your available equipment, injuries or limitations, training experience and personal goals. Exercise substitutions and progressions are provided where required to ensure training remains safe, effective and progressive within your environment.

Coaching Support
Online members receive ongoing coaching support including program progression and updates, messaging support for training questions, technique feedback via video submission where required, and guidance around training intensity and progression. Nutrition education aligned with training phases is also included to support performance and recovery.
You are coached through your training rather than simply provided with a program.

Connection to the UBS Community
Online members remain part of the wider UBS community and coaching environment. Membership includes access to the UBS members chat group, studio education updates, community events and ongoing support from like-minded women training within the same system.

Studio Access Included
Online Coaching members also have the option to attend one coached training block per week within the studio. This allows opportunities for technique refinement, coaching check-ins, movement assessment and continued connection with the UBS training environment.

 

Online Coaching Investment
United Online Strength Coaching: $65 per week
This includes structured strength programming, coaching oversight and progression, program adjustments, technique feedback, community access and optional attendance at one coached training block per week.

 

Optional Nutrition Coaching Upgrade
Additional $25 per week
Includes personalised calorie and macro guidance, nutrition adjustments, body composition support, accountability and integration with your training program.

 

Who Online Coaching Is Best Suited For
Online coaching is ideal for members who train primarily at home or another gym, have time or location constraints, travel regularly, prefer flexible independent training or want structured coaching support while training outside the studio.
