1:1 Coaching is designed for women who want a more private, individualised coaching experience while still training within the United Strength Coaching System.
This is not just a one-on-one session.
You are coached through a structured system designed to build strength, improve your physique, and create long-term results.
How It Works
You book a consistent weekly time slot and train through a structured strength program designed for progression over time in our private, women's-only gym.
All sessions are paid weekly via direct debit, with ongoing coaching, guidance, and support built into your training.
Your investment: $60 per 30 minute session
